Chinese Steak (My way!)

So I don't know how authentic my Chinese steak is, but it sure does taste delicious and it is my own recipe! I hope you will enjoy this as much as I did. Next time I would like to add more spring onions to the sauce. I have adjusted the recipe below to factor in the extra spring onions. ENJOY and share with all your fellow Chinese-Beef lovers! Ingredients: 2 T-Bone steaks (Or any beef fillet you prefer)  1/2 cup of chopped spring onions 1 tbsp butter 2 tbsp salt reduced soy sauce 1/2 tsp sesame oil 1/2 tsp minced garlic Create:  Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius Place butter in a heatproof bowl, pour over all ingredients and lightly mix together Place heatproof bowl in the microwave and heat on high for about 30 seconds.  Remove mixture from the microwave and stir all ingredients together.
