IN: Veal Scallopini
This veal is so simple and takes less then 10 minutes to prepare and cook, it is full of flavor and perfect for a busy week night meal!
Ingredients:
6 veal steaks
Plain flour for coating
60g butter
Olive oil for frying
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbs dried parsley
Salt and pepper
Create:
Coat the veal steaks in plain flour, I usually do it in a plastic bag as its the quickest way to coat them (just shake them in the bag!)
Add some oil to a medium heated fry pan, once the oil is hot add half the butter and once melted fry the veal in batches of 3 - cook each side for about 2-3 minutes
Once veal is cooked transfer to a plate and add the reaming butter, lemon juice and parsley. Mix everything together and once melted, transfer the veal back into the pan and toss into the butter sauce. Once your happy with how the
veal's are coated, simply transfer to your serving
plate and enjoy!
