IN: Joan's Zesty Summer salad dressing

This salad dressing that my bestie Joan created is my fav! I have it nearly every night as a side dish but would happily just eat the whole bowl by itself! This dressing is simple, quick and delicious - i toss it through rocket leafs but you can use it for anything really. ENJOY!! 

Ingredients: 

1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp basil paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 1/2 tbsp lemon grass paste
Juice of 1 lemon
6 tsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
African Pri Pri to taste 

Create: 

Mix everything together and pour over the rocket leafs and toss til well coated!
