Platters are the best way to entertain a group of friends or family or even for a special date! I'm not really big on fruit platters but Mediterranean platters are a different story! I cannot get enough meat and dips and pates in my mouth at once! Accompanied with chesses and crackers, this is a magical moment waiting to happen!
