IN: My Famous Creamy Tuna Pasta

Ingredients:
- Penne pasta
- 2 tubs thickened cream
- 2 500g tuna in oil
- 100g Sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 brown onion
- 1 tbsp mince garlic
- 1 tbsp Vegetta (veggie stock powder)
- 1 handful chopped fresh continental parsley
- Parmesan (desired amount)
- olive oil
- cracked pepper
- cracked sea salt
Create:
Boil water and add pasta - cook to perfection
Meanwhile, dice onion into small pieces and add to hot pan with oil and combine the garlic and Vegetta
Once onions are slightly browned, add the tuna (drained) and mix together
Next add the cream, stir in well - cooking on medium heat (The idea is to get the cream thickened, no one likes a runny, thin cream sauce!)
Whilst the tuna and cream is simmering add the Parmesan... I add quite a lot for extra flavour but it's really at your own discretion depending on taste
As cream is thickening, add the sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, salt and pepper
The pasta will be cooked by now, strain pasta and add to the cream and stir in well
Let the pasta and cream simmer together stirring occasionally until it's thickened to your desire
Serve and garnish with some extra parsley on top!!!
