S i m p l e  S u m m e r  S a l a d 

Guys this salad I threw together is full of flavor and colour! It's so simple to create and will go well on the side of any protein

I had it on the side with some chicken

You can dress this or just eat it as is, but if your feeling a bit naughty you can always drizzle with some mayonnaise (which is what i did!!) DELICIOUS 

Ingredients: 

Lettuce, cheese cubes, cucumber, tomato, mushrooms, Spanish onion, boiled eggs & pan fried bacon
