IN: 2 Minute Chicken Salad
Do you ever wonder what to do when you have some roast chicken left over? Usually I give it to my dogs or just throw it out...
I had some salad ingredients in the fridge and decided to toss together something quick and easy
The overall result was a fresh, light and tasty chicken salad made in under two minutes :-)
Ingredients:
Baby spinach leafs, cucumber, shredded chicken, french dressing, mayonnaise, salt & pepper
Create:
-Pull apart roast chicken into shredded pieces, toss in a small bowl with mayonnaise, salt and pepper
-Cut cucumber into thin rectangle shapes
-Toss the cucumber and spinach leafs with the french dressing - Place the mayonnaise chicken on top
Suggestion:
I prefer the chicken to be cold along with all the other ingredients, but you could have warm chicken instead
